This agreement governs your use of the vip78 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the vip78 platform. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited pending investigation.
Each individual may hold exactly one vip78 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of any bonus balances or pending withdrawals.
All withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the vip78 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited to prevent money laundering and fraud.
All promotional bonuses at vip78 are subject to stated wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are published on the Casino Bonus page.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. vip78 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not followed by the account holder.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, engage in arbitrage betting contrary to platform rules, coordinate bonus abuse across multiple accounts, or conduct any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 To register and maintain an active vip78 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:
2.2 vip78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until the verification is complete.
Age Restriction: It is a serious offence to allow a person under the age of 21 to gamble on this Platform. If vip78 determines that a Member is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the deposit source (minus any winnings derived from bets placed while underage), and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) vip78 Account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or under any alias — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify vip78 promptly of any material changes by contacting support at support@vip78.ws.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify vip78 in writing of a suspected breach at the earliest practicable opportunity.
3.4 vip78 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, and to close any Account that is found to have been opened in breach of these Terms.

4.1 vip78 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity, age, and residency of its Members. KYC verification is mandatory before processing:

4.4 All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the vip78 Privacy Policy and is stored with industry-standard encryption.
5.1 vip78 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Availability of specific channels may vary and is displayed at the time of deposit.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced due-diligence checks in accordance with Clause 4.
5.3 E-wallet deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–5 minutes of receipt during the 08:00–22:00 WIB processing window. Transfers received outside this window are processed at the start of the next operational period.
5.4 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the corresponding Account investigated.
5.5 vip78 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which vip78 accepts no responsibility.
When making a bank transfer deposit, always use the unique virtual account number provided on the deposit page for your transaction. Transfers sent to an incorrect account number cannot be automatically credited and may require manual processing, which can take up to 24 hours to resolve.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. Processing occurs during the 08:00–22:00 WIB window, seven days a week. Requests submitted outside this window are queued for processing at 08:00 WIB the following day.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. vip78 does not impose a maximum withdrawal limit, subject to identity verification requirements under Clause 4.
6.3 Approved withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of confirmation during operating hours. Transfer to the destination bank account or e-wallet may take an additional 1–30 minutes depending on the recipient institution's processing speed.
6.4 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the vip78 Account. Third-party withdrawal requests will be declined and may trigger an account review.
6.5 vip78 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal for up to five (5) business days where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. The Member will be notified of any such delay and the reason for it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6.6 Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Only real-money funds (including winnings generated from fully satisfied wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
7.1 vip78 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and expiry date — are published on the Casino Bonus page and form part of these Terms.
7.2 Each promotional offer is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer description explicitly states otherwise.
7.3 Bonuses are credited at vip78's sole discretion. vip78 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim a bonus at any time if it determines, acting reasonably, that:
7.4 Where a wagering requirement has not been fulfilled by the stated expiry date and time (WIB), the remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Real-money funds in the Account are not affected by bonus expiry.
Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per single round or event is Rp 200.000 (or the equivalent in the relevant game denomination) unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.
8.1 All bets placed on the vip78 sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other game verticals are governed by the specific rules published for each product category within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules prevail with respect to bet settlement.
8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. vip78 may void a bet at its discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: palpable pricing errors, data feed failures, event cancellations, or evidence of irregular betting patterns indicative of match-fixing or insider information.
8.3 For sportsbook markets — including mix parlay (accumulator) bets — settlement is based on the official result at the conclusion of the scheduled playing time for the relevant sport, unless otherwise stated. Overtime, penalty shoot-outs, and extra time are not included in standard "90-minute" football markets unless explicitly indicated.
8.4 In the event of a technical interruption during a live casino game session that prevents the round from being completed, the round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game studio's published rules. Where no such rules apply, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
8.5 vip78 reserves the right to impose betting limits, maximum payout caps, or market restrictions on any account or market at any time and without prior notice, acting within its commercially reasonable discretion.
9.1 vip78 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible from the Account dashboard at any time:
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are permanent for their nominated duration and cannot be reversed. During a self-exclusion period, vip78 will not send promotional communications to the excluded Member and will decline any re-registration attempts identified as originating from the same individual.

10.2 vip78 employs TLS 1.3 encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing and are never accessible to vip78 staff in plaintext form.
10.3 vip78 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to process payments, fulfil KYC obligations, comply with applicable law, or prevent fraud.
11.1 The vip78 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip78 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.2 vip78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:
11.3 In no event shall vip78's aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by vip78's own acts or omissions.
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at support@vip78.ws. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
12.2 vip78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
12.3 Where an Account is closed by vip78 for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds will be returned, net of any amounts legitimately owed to vip78, following the conclusion of any investigation, and subject to applicable legal holds.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms operating internationally.
13.2 vip78 operates as an internationally licensed platform. The legality of online betting varies across jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
13.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with vip78's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral body, with proceedings conducted in English.
13.4 vip78 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use or legally accessible in jurisdictions other than those it actively serves. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is done entirely at your own risk.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
